Try to use Akismet Plugin. It will help filter spam comments to your website.

One option is to use akismet plugin, another option is to disable comments at all.
I have some websites that I don't want comments, maybe this is even your case.
Another thing that I do is that in some other sites I replace WP comments with FB comments.
This will prevent spammers to comment but normal users will comment and bring more traffic to your blog
