How can I stop receiving requests for blog comments on my WP site? Is there any plugins to download to stop this?

    Any help would be great!

    Thanks

go to settings, check the "user must logged in before submitting comments" something like that.

Try to use Akismet Plugin. It will help filter spam comments to your website.

One option is to use akismet plugin, another option is to disable comments at all.
I have some websites that I don't want comments, maybe this is even your case.
Another thing that I do is that in some other sites I replace WP comments with FB comments.
This will prevent spammers to comment but normal users will comment and bring more traffic to your blog :)
    Cheers

Just one plug in: one click close comment plugin.
Download and install it. It will give you ability to close commet of specific post without opening post. Just one click to close comment.
You can choose which post to comment of or comment on.

Remove the comments code from your template and disable them within settings. Or just use Akismet to moderate them. Any of the changes will do the job.
