How can I setup realestate search properties

Can anyone please tell me how can I add a search facility for the real estate website where I can define rental and sales in there.

I need too add the properties to the web site while they come up to market and wisitors can search for their wish. Eg. Sale , Rent, 1 bd, 2bathr etc...

I havent bought any template yet so I am open to any iedeas

I use the Studiopress Wordpress theme "Agentpress", nice and easy to setup.

It's expensive but having tried every template on Joomla and Wordpress, I think this does the job nicely.
