How can I send DMCA to google

Hello,
There is a website that uploaded on his own server and website all the videos I'm publishing on my youtube channel (It's an old youtube channel, I made around 300 videos from 2013 and all them has been reuploaded on his website)
Usually I don't care that much about stolen content (it's not my main money project and I don't earn much), but this guy it's a real dickhead. He didn't put any backlinks or credit to my channel and what's worst... a guy asked him when new video will be released and he answered he is working on new videos. Which it's not because he steal my works.
I asked him to credit my videos and he deleted my message.

Now I would like to take off from google his pages where my videos appear, but I don't know how to send a DMCA to google. I found a link but it's not useful to me. I do not have a court saying the content must be removed though... there is nothing I could do?

As I said I don't care much about stolen content if they credit me... but his behavior actually make me sick

You should send the DMCA complaint to his web host (e.g., Dreamhost/Bluehost/Whatever) rather than to Google directly. Get a DMCA complaint template and write out a message, send it to the abuse department for his host (check WHOIS to figure out who his host is).

Thank you. Do you think could be useful send the complaint to his adsense networks too? He do not use google adsense but popunder networks

That might cost him his adsense account; I would not think that is a good idea to do.

Just go to whoishostingthis.com, find out who his host is and file the DMCA.

Maybe. I have no experience with that. Even if it prevented him from sharing it on his ad networks, he would still have your content hosted on his site.

Point is more that sites like Google/social media/content aggregators don't necessarily care or have the power to do anything about content hosted on websites in violation of DMCA. Go straight to the source that can actually do something about it (i.e., the web host).

His domain is hosted on 1&1
At the start I thought "his" videos were hosting on his own server but after taking a better look, it seems he use Openload with custom css

1and1 - quite possibly the worst host ever.

how did you find his content? is he ranking for a keyword?
