How can i sell my growing website?

I have had a website online since the end of March 2024 where I sell one particular software which is the flagship product, plus other "smaller" software which can be considered plugins of the main product. These plugins are accessible through a monthly or annual subscription, while the flagship product is purchased separately

The site has been constantly updated for some time, has good indexing, and I am about to release a very big update where I will add many things and a better design overall

The software was open source before, and literally made the history of this kind of software, it had something like 2k people using everyday and I released it 4 years ago, now a lot of software like this include my code from the open source old project or have similar functionality which was never seen before mine. And people try a lot to copy it and but it is an hard work and I continuously add top features to it to be better than competitors.

Anyway... then i lost my phone and access to every social where i already have built a big community and i lost hope. In march i said myself ok let's try to sell seriously it and it is working (I talk about the flagship product)

From the end of March to now the site has collected 70 paying users for the flagship product (the flagship product costs €50, for a lifetime license, the competitors cost much more for an annual license, the users are very happy with this and I find the competitors dishonest for their prices, although mine was only a strategic reason and now I would like to sign up for a subscription also for the flagship product, at a price of €19.99 per month)

And 18 customers for the tools subscription.

Subscription for the separate tools costs 4.99 per month or 49.99 per year

We have a small, respectful and really interested community using the softwares everyday.

The site has grown a lot every month, at the beginning I had 2 orders in a month, last week 5 orders.

With the next update it will be a real store of tools that can be purchased separately or all together via subscription.

I won't go into detail because I don't want to advertise the products, but these are software like bots and plugins for social networks like telegram, discord and others. Let's say all the tools that the community requests from me, I then release them as scripts that one can host independently or by paying for assistance to do it for the customer (and here it generates other income)

Anyway, I have a great vision for this project but carrying it forward requires a lot of effort every day because I developed it myself, like every product and I have to keep them updated while also doing marketing but I am also currently a programmer for other clients and I have in mind to carry out a bigger project than this one that I care a lot about, which is why I was trying to sell my project. Even for few money.

The bad side is that the softwares need to be updated and i have plan for something like 3 years for it. There are a lot of things that also can be made better and are required to be competitive.

But I'm running out of time at the same time. And money are needed to complete my other project and continue with my life. I'm on this project by years now..

How can I go about selling it, I'm not looking for an online service, I'm looking more for strategies to reach people directly or gain investments (this will change the plans) or something useful for this scope.

Also, i know it might be too early to sell this, but i would like to try anyway

I think you should assess your website’s value and prepare it by optimizing content and performance. Then list it on marketplaces like Flippa or Empire Flippers, ensuring secure payment and transfer.

You can sell it in the marketplace after buying a Jr. VIP, Flippa and FB groups are your other options.

You might want to consider Flippa and if that fails, try Empire Flippers.

Please understand that you have to have a healthy stream of revenue to get a solid figure for your site.

While some buyers can buy based on potential, they can only go so far.

If I were you, I would develop my website further and solidify its monetization before even thinking of selling it.

Your website still classifies as a 'starter' website. Won't fetch much. Try and grow your revenue more and let it complete at least one year.

There are plenty of platforms on the internet that will buy your website. The only difference might be in the price, so look for reliable buyers and sell.
