How can I scrape a website for text phrases?

What is an easy way to scrape the whole site? I only need to fine phrases.

There is a site selling products but some of the products are hidden because they have been reported for trademark infringement but they products are still there.

They hide the products from being searched with their own search function but they can be found manually by digging through the site.

But we would like to be able to search or srcape the site and find all of the illegal products. What is the best way to do that?
