How can I safely manage 10+ accounts

I have been growing Instagram pages and selling them for the last months.
I have been managing around 8 accounts with the same device and same IP address.

These past 2 months I have been having some problems with Instagram and I believe this is because I have been running so many accounts from the same IP address and device.
Last week I had an IP shadowban, Instagram deleted one of my accounts and shadowbanned all of my accounts, any account that I would log into from any device would be shadowbanned.

I am sure it was an IP problem because I used other IP and wi-fi on the weekend and suddenly all the accounts were fine and as soon as I came back home they were shadowbanned again.

I don´t do anything weird with the accounts, all I do is repost fashion/food content 2-4 times a day and that's it.

I have been doing a lot of research and I have found some threads here talking about proxies but all I have read is about using proxies for automation but that's not what I need.

I have bought some cheap phones and now I will run only 4-5 accounts on each device.

Some options that I have been thinking about to solve my IP problem:

1. Using always mobile internet. I read somewhere that if you are using it you don´t have any IP problem, I am not sure about it.
2. Using dedicated VPN servers and change from server each day within the same country.


If someone knows a solution I would be so grateful, it would make my life much easier.

The thing you should consider is the number of accounts per IP that you connect.

If the IP address is the only common factor of your accounts', then once one account is shadowban, IG will block the other accounts that used the same IP too.

So regardless of what kind of connection you use (proxies, VPN, mobile connection), you have to isolate each account into its own private connection.

A VPN is not an automation tool, it's a privacy one. But if you use your accounts from a single mobile device, then, yes, you can use a VPN.

However, another factor to take into consideration is your device's fingerprints (device ID, screen, maker, etc) that IG can use (alongside the IP address) to detect and identify accounts.

And if I change from VPN server each time that I log into a new account?
Or is it ok just to have 4-5 accounts on the same IP and just changing it each day. I want to remember that these are normal accounts, I don't do anything that is not allowed by Instagram.

About the device I thought about doing a Factory reset, maybe if I grow 4 accounts, I sell them and then I do the Factory reset before start growing new ones.

Highly doubt it’s IP. Thousands of kids use the same University IP on a daily. Most likely it’s the device limit.

I tried from different devices, and with the same device I went to another city for 2 days and with one different IP and Wi-Fi the shadowban disappeared, once I got back home with my normal IP they were shadowbanned again, I am 99% sure that is a IP ban. It may be a temporary ban but I dont want to risk losing my accounts.

Use good 4G proxies different ones for each account

How do you determine you were shadowbanned? Are you going off of the hashtags visibility??

yes, your posts don´t appear on hashtags nor on the explore page so it is impossible to reach new people, I was previously reaching 90% of non-followers from my posts and now I am reaching less than 1%, accounts with 200K daily reach suddenly with 10K reach, when you are shadowbanned you know it.

When I was in the other city suddenly I was reaching 90% of new people from my posts and my engagement went up by a 500% (my normal engagement previously than being shadowbanned), when I came back home I came back to 1% reach. That happened with my 8 accounts.

Holy cow! That's not good!

I had a large account 265K get shadowbanned in 2017 when they changed the algorithm drastically, so I know how it is. Destroyed my page. Currently it's at 210K and LOW LOW engagement. So sad

Use multiple networks for internet access and mobile phones have dynamic Ip when you turn off and on again too . Check whats is my ip before switching accounts to be sure

I can change my IP by turning on and off the airplane mode, sometimes it even says that I am in other location, will it be enough to just turn it on and off each time that I change from account?

firslty im damn sure its because you made the accounts on the same ip and device so when they notice that someone is using same ip and device but loging inot so many accounts it creates concerns so i believe thats is why is got shaddow banned, now the easiest way to not have such a conflict in future is to simple get some new phones get a sim card and get some packages going monthly as you will on be uploading a few pictures or videos on daily basis and you could take it as 2 accounts per phone never be tracked down , OR once you have logged into one account you then can delete all history chache paswords and everything restart computer plus restart you internet router after 5 minutes and all will be good please try and let me know if you have success which i am sure you will

I did never create an account in that device, I did on the same IP address although it is a dynamic IP.
I believe they got shadowbanned because of my account that IG deleted, it was at the same time.

But yes I will be using more phones and more SIM cards, do you think I can have 4 accounts per device? because I would need 7-8 phones to manage 2 accounts per phone.

i do understand the fact you will have to use more phones but for now what yo ucan do try 2 accounts on 1 phone and on another try with 4 see how it goes because the less the better and obvious one needs to stay secured rather then the accounts getting banned at the end , and yes sim cards would be better dont use the wifi to connect use the sim card providers network that would be the best never a account would be banned they have various 3g 4g packages get them just use them for one purpose which you have inteneded to over here and problem solved or ever plus you can open accounts for other things with same phone nad there ill be no restrictions on it hope this helps and clears all doubts

I will be trying 2 different things from 2 different devices:
1.NordVPN with dedicated servers - $15 per month
2.4G mobile network - $40 per month for unlimited 4G network and 2 different phone numbers

Both of the devices that I am using have never been used to create or manage accounts.

Today I have created an account with each one, I have uploaded 3 posts and I have followed 15 people.
My posts appear on hashtags so these accounts are not shadowbanned.


Tomorrow I will do the same with 1 account on each device again.

The 2 weeks from my shadowban (is the normal time that a shadowban usually takes) ends on Friday, so I will try from another device if the accounts that are associated to my IP work fine.


I believe that the best way will be the 4G mobile network, each time that I turn it on and off it gives me a different IP from a different location. Anyway, I want to try VPN dedicated servers.

well best of luck hope it works for you im confident it will, but dont you think the 4g internet is expensive get a cheaper one plus the vpn you could even get it for 3 or 5$ but anyways best of luck
