To run ads in China from India:
Choose Platform: Baidu, WeChat, Alibaba.
Understand the Rules: Know the advertising laws.

Create Account: Need local account.( you should rent fb ads account )
Target Audience: Use targeting options.

Instead of using Facebook, try to learn about some other development platforms in China such as Baidu, Douyin, WeChat and Weibo because it seems that inside the country they don't use Facebook.
 
I've heard of telegram group marketing for business people in China but I don't these groups, Does anyone have idea of the group ID's where i can join

you can run it on wechat/other Chinese social media. Or you can hire a Chinese digital marketer for help
 
Chinese people do not use Facebook to reach your ads unless you want to advertise Facebook to foreigners living in China, you can find some Taiwanese agencies to rent accounts, their prices are very cheap and they are local people to understand what you need

You can buy accounts based on the China time zone or rent accounts in that time zone, which will optimize your campaigns better
 
I think FB doesn't work in China. What you do can carry very high risks, the FB advertising account itself is very easy to die.
 
I think it's a pretty risky move. China itself has blocked FB. And FB advertising accounts are very easy to die, a waste of money.
