As far as I know, Facebook does not work in China. I have some friends in China. When they are in my country, they have Facebook and it works normally, but every time they come back to China, I cannot contact them via Facebook messages, I have to send messages via WeChat.

Running ads in china is really not easy, their country doesn't use Facebook much, you can change to another platform or another country for example.

As far as I know, running Facebook Ads in China is quite difficult. We used to have clients from China but hard to get approved from Facebook.
