How can I resell GPL WordPress themes and plugins

Hi guys, I am looking to start reselling WordPress theme and plugins with GPL licence, I see so many website with over 5000 plugin and theme, the question is how do this website manage those plugins.
I mean is there a script I can buy that automates everything for me without manually uploading and updating myself?
