yes you can easily get a crypto loan.
As noted earlier you don’t actually have 100 million in crypto though, you may have coins and have assigned a value to them of 100 million, but that’s just on paper, there is no real value yet.
If I’m wrong, you’d easily get a crypto loan.

Is there not any investment firms in your country? I forgot what they are called, but you will tell them your idea and they will help you out if they think it's worth investing into.

No bank is going to lend against crypto in their right mind without crazy rates (which are illegal in many places) and a crazy equity position.
This is a VC play at best and then only some VC who has dice in one hand and poker chips in the other.

sell your house or apartment complex, i hope you have real estate, if not i would recommend just going and talking to people and keep sending emails to anyone who is anyone, when you reach a business thats worth 100 mil you will for sure have friends if not people who are wealthy, borrow from them or sell 2% of your company, and if you have 0 money or 0 friends i would suggest just start going to place where rich gather and start talking to them 24/7, take a loan out on your or your parents assets and if you cant do any of these just go and buy some lottery tickets and pray you win some money
