I posted download links for digital content for sale in here and it was deleted from an admin I think for not clearing a virus scan.
How can I post donload links in here?

1) the download had to be on an approved site

Yes, member downloads is where downloads get posted.
Be sure the download is not promotional in nature, use an approved DL site and attach a virus total to the download and you'll be good to go.

How do I go about getting it approved?

You have to post it in the Members download section.
- It can't be promotional.
- You have to use one of the already approved download sites (read the rules in that section to see who is approved).
- It has to have a virus total from virustotal.com for the download itself.
