How can i monetize facebook videos?

Hello friends, how can I make Facebook monetize my videos if the videos are not mine? I have seen many people on Facebook who have very large pages with many followers and they monetize their videos, but the funny thing is that the videos are not theirs, they are from a movie, series or but a recycled video from Facebook. How could I do that?

I currently have 4 Facebook pages with a very interactive audience and good followers, but I still can't monetize it, because the videos I upload are not mine, I get them from YouTube Creative Commons and some are also recycled from Facebook. I would appreciate very much if you would help me, thank you.

you have to make the video yours and edit just like youtube does, otherwise even if you get approved very risky
