how can i make my site better???

Hey there, My site has been running for like a week or so, and has been aking no money whatsoever... Its made like $2.39 or something so far here is a link to the site http://www.elementalmovies.com, i use ************** surveys there because i dont know of any better ways to monetize my content. I just bought a 250k xrumer blast, and now the guys is telling me that i need to fix permalinks, tags, all that stuff... Can someone please help me make my site better?? i have a budget of about 110 dollars, so if anyone has some tips for a newb, please post here :| Because im sort of getting worried, All of my other sites have made at least 20 dollars in the first week... so here are my main questions..

- Why isnt my site making much money?
- What's all this stuff the xrumer guy is saying about permalinks, tags, etc...
- Whar other ways of monetization are there, that are still a good money making way?

First, I think it's important to be clear on what you are trying to achieve with the site..

What are you trying to get the visitor to do ?

Once you know that fundemental info, you can work on designing your site in a way

which has the highest likely hood of getting the visitor to do what your after.

how can i maintain consistent traffic to my site?it keeps dropping very often.

The permalinks should be a quick fix. Right now if you click on Shes' Out of My League the page is p=203 it should be something like "Watch She's out of My League for Free"
to do this go to your WP admin panel and under Settings -> Permalinks -> Change to Day and Name.

Questions:
1) Have you used Xrumer blasts before?
2) How are you bringing traffic besides Xrumer?

I don't see anything obviously wrong with your site and I have seen similar sites do the same thing the exact same way. Maybe people don't care that much about the movies you are posting.

Indeed take care of your permalinks. Thats primal stuff.

There are several plugins that do your wp seo in a blink. I use " all in one seo pack " works good

Indeed, i have the "All in one SEO pack", but i don't know how to use it, i'll try fix those permalinks, what do they do? just rank you higher in google?

That plugin fixes your permalinks creates permalinks as according to your titlae of your post and besides that it also automatically updates your <title> tag in your posts meta, together with some other functions.

So basically then you have a post like http://www,mysite.com/Visit-my-post-here

And if you use a sitemap plugin that will automatically updates everytime your sitemap and PINGS it then eventually within a couple of days/hours your entry will look like this in the google se:

Visit my post here
Visit my post here | bla bla bla
http://www,mysite.com/Visit-my-post-here

So it will indeed gives you more chance of beeing found by someone who is looking for the serp " visit my post here " or what so ever...
