I want to make a website that cannot be tracked back to me in any which way or form.

I also want the website protected from DMCA takedown or anything like that.

Who would I use for registrar, hosting etc.?

What would be the steps that I could get this going without it ever being tracked back to me.

Would I have to use VPN or what?

Fake credit card for hosting and registrar?

Fake name?

What do I do help!

You have to buy offshore hosting. You can get that here in BHW. But if you're asking such silly questions I don't think you should be doing what you're planning to do. Not at least now. Please get an idea of how cyber security works and how law enforcement can love you if you do things you shouldn't be doing.
 
you should buy an offshore hosting and domain anonymous. That should be good

pay the invoice only with crypto like btc... Make sure your crypto wallet doesn't need KYC

Lol yes I don't feel like I know enough. Someone ruined my life and I want to rank them, their business with my story anonomous.

for best use tor network. VPN is suck

If all you want is to remain anonymous from us mere mortals, it's possible. To an extent.

For a few types of websites, probably offshore hosting and WHOIS privacy will work.

However, I'm just curious, unless you are planning something criminal, why would you want that kind of anonymity? :D
 
Buy domain and hosting with crypto. Use Tor for all connections.

However, I am not sure you know what you are doing. Do you really want to try to ruin someone? And even if you do, will you succeed? No-one will see the website on Google since it won't be ranked.
 
I would go with
  • stealth payment account (Paypal for example)
  • VPN or VPS
  • DMCA ignored hosting & domain registrar
  • fake name with all of the used services
This should be enough to avoid any kind of footprints
 
Use njala for the domain, you can also use them for hosting if you can work your way around a VPS. When they get copyright complaints they publicly mock the accuser lmao, it's hilarious
 
Get an offshore hosting, use TOR get a domain from njala and pay with crypto

Honestly ? You cannot.
Even if you buy a domain name with a stole PayPal account, to a registrar who will not ask you anything, hosting your website in Panama, you will ALWAYS leave a trail. By pictures by example. Or by post date. There is a specific domain in infosec which is dedicated to spot "anonymous" people.
We search all element and guess what : in 95%, we find people.
Furthermore, if you want to make a website, only for revenge, don't you think that your victim will guess who's behind ?
Put your balls on the table : assume your stuff.
No disrespect intended, but if you ask how to be completely anonymous on the Web, it's the proof that you don't understand how the Web is running.
 
Get offshore hosting and put your site on the DARK WEB
Block all robots
Go completely dark so people only using TOR-based browsers can see your stuff
If you want to monetize, use harder to track crypto like Monero
