Contact digital marketing agencies in your local area. For example in the UK you can sell quality content for as much as £50 per article, so my guy started going in at £20 and eventually put his price up to £30. So, find out what the going rate is for content in your country, go in at half that to get some regular clients, then once you have a portfolio of work increase your prices
