How can I list my website In bing news section?

I try to submit request "pubhub bing" In display listing in news section, but it does'nt work. Anyone have Idea or guideline to list it !

Have you verified the ownership of the site in Bing webmaster first? Once you have verified ownership, click on the Bing Pubhub on the left menu in Bing webmaster. It will take you to a new page where the verified site will show up. There you can request inclusion.
