How can I Index Backlinks Faster for Google Ranking?

hey guys, I'm new to SEO and I need a little bit of help, my competitor's are ranking their youtube videos on google's first page by using blackhat and hundreds to thousands of backlinks.

Here's a video for example
it has hundreds of backlinks and it's been only a day that it has been uploaded.

I want to know if you guys can help me do the same for my videos as my backlinks takes weeks or even months to start showing up. And if you guys do this and can provide this service to me I'll be glad to pay you a good amount of money.

I don't think people who know how to do such stuff will help you in this case. Black hat is strictly hidden by its experts.
