Hi there, My website niche is insurance and getting around 5k impression per day (99% Traffic from US, UK, AUS & CAN ) but my CPM is about 5 to 8$. Anyone Please suggest some ideas to boost it...

Your CPM is the multiplication of your CPC and your CTR.
If your CPC is low, you need to look into your traffic sources.
If your CTR is low, check the placements and optimize.

But in Google ad exchange, they didn't pay for Clicks. Only for impression. Will I need some clicks to increase CPM ?

Why would a site pay you if they get nothing in return.
I'm not familiar with that side of Google Adx, but when I bought traffic in CPM, the first optimization is to not spend money on placements that doesn't bring users. Conversions are second to clicks in this context.

Have you guys heard of the incoming Google Adsense Update to new ads model like for Adx, anyone here with more direct information in regards to this too,? will it be good for publishers than the previous model..?

My guess is that it would be somewhat the same. With pMax campaigns and automated bidding becoming more popular, CPM just make more sense.

Has anyone else here been recently experiencing heavy earnings deductions on Google adsense, from last month to this month, very huge deductions been hitting me.

Please, explain what type of deduction?
I have read similar experience from bloggers in my country. They all complain of deductions even after the money goes to balance and some have deductions many times close to payout on the 21st.

Whenever my adsense payment jumps to the next month, the earnings can get deducted by half, then again on date 7-10 another round of deduction comes.... they say invalid traffic deducted
