How can I hide my IP adress and physical location from Google while linking?

Hello, I am a link builder and I am good at it. But Google can understand my location thanks to Internet Service Provider. I wonder may I hide my absolute location and IP adress thanks to TOR Browser or do you know another kind of method, source, guide etc. for this task?

You can spoof IP using VPN but mac address etc... isn't quite easy. For link-building, vpn should do.

I think VPN isn't a solution for tricking Google tracking.
