how can I hide incentive CPA offers?

Hi guys! I want to build a website where I'll post cpa offers with incentive! Many CPA company don't allow incentive offers! How can i resolve this problem without ban hammer on my head?

some cpa network allow incentive.

if they dont allow incentive, no matter what you do, you will get banned

With a decent cloaking platform you'll be able to fine tune the delivered content. If you do it wrong you'll get whacked.

Peerfly don't allow incentive and mail list but Peerfly have many "email & zip submit"!
Can you suggest to me CPA Company that allows incentive and email list with many email submit?

Try Adscendmedia and Adgate media. I use them both and they both have incentive and they also both pay on time.

Actually Peerfly now have incentive offers as they merged with the incent.ly
