i recently started uploading videos again on an old channel. surprisingly these videos generated a lot of clicks, i uploaded 5 videos in one week and 4 of them got about 30k views. in my first week i made over 150k views. 90% came from suggested views, youtube suggested my videos to a 5 million youtuber with the same niche. unfortunately, now after two weeks of constant uploads, i don't get even close to that many clicks anymore, by now my videos don't even make over 100 views.
i found out through analytics that it's because yt is now suggesting me to other channels. these channels are also pretty big, but i get hardly any or almost no clicks through them. i haven't changed my content, everything stayed almost the same, but yt just decided to suggest me to other youtubers.
i know that suggested views can be pretty spikey, but i upload videos in a niche that has a large audience. is it somehow possible that i can get the yt algorithm to suggest me to specific youtuber? i would very much like to be suggested to the old youtuber again, so that i can at least initially collect some subscribers and build a fanbase, so that i won't have to rely on him later on
i read here on the forum about having my own youtube farm where i create my own yt accounts and interact with the niche i'm in, including myself. but i'm unsure about this though, you guys have any other ideas or know any ways?
