I have instagram account. My profile has only 3,614 followers. I have been following people on a regular basis. But only 6-8% people follow me back. I am posting quotes on my profile and adding a hashtag too. But its not working. I don't have much money to promote my account.

Please let me know how can i improve followers?

You have low quality captions. Just because your posting a quote with hashtags means that you can skip writing a caption. People will see the quote and move on.

Don't buy Followers! Go and find a cheap Automation service that does F/UF for you and keep posting content with good captions and hashtags.

Posting good quality photos with low competitive hashtags 4 times a day what gave me 30k followers. Also when I was starting I made a boost using follow unfollow and instagram ads until I got 2k followers. Then everything organic...

You can buy social signals, post content regularly & use appropriate hashtags. Ask other people in your industry to mention you in your post.

You can also use child/mother method to gain followers
