1. Targeted followers can be gained by following those within your niche. For example if you have a super car IG account, follow people who like super car pics.
2. That someone is offering you fake followers, fake followers do not convert, take those $2 and buy yourself a cheeseburger at McDonalds..better spent that way.
3. Yes the follow/unfollow method.
4. Atleast 100 real ones
