I am just wondering if there is some way to utilize image rss feeds to rather upload straight to my wordpress gallery plugin or media library folder instead of being aggregated as a post within the main site.

I tried hooking up IFTTT, but can only get it to propagate a unique individual post.

Is there any plugin which can perform rss scraping and upload straight to my media library or some sort of service which can freely be used with an exact feature that matches my pinpointed functionality?

Just trying to expand my wordpress site to make it function at an optimal level competitively, thanks in advance I can't seem to figure this issue out or get anything like it to work.

Below is a picture to where I need it uploadedm it has to be a webscript similar to IFTTT or a wordpress plugin preferred.

I don't need the image to get uploaded to a post or both the gallery or category at the same time, just to the image gallery, yet the media library is highly required.

I must be misunderstanding something here...But,why can't you just delete the posts later...so that the pics are still in the WPGallery?

When I do it with IFTTT, the posts don't attach the image to the gallery.

No worries though, i'm still seeking a fix just would prefer someones input in case it can be made with a simple fix.

** Edit, your idea does work, it must have been an error on my part.

I appreciate your assistance.

I now am blocking the entire category instead of deleting the posts.

Kindest Regards.
