How can i get a site that looks like those?

I need a responsive site with a similar design to those sites above.

Where can i find a wordpress theme/Web designer for as less as possible to achieve what i want?

I have some PS knowledge and it would be great if i'll be able to do it on my own.

search for wordpress theme you can find a whole buch of themes out there which are better then these .

I could build one for you, but that's probably more expensive than buying one on something like themeforest.
 
First one uses the metro theme. You can buy it on themeforest or other theme store.

Second one seems to be a custom html5 theme, but it's not uncommon, you'll find tons similar on theme stores.

Thank you both for the answers but i think i'll try to differ from them.

Point taken. But you did establish a comparison to those two sites. Creating a unique design which resembles those should be trivial. Changing the theme CSS normally creates a totally different feel. It's simple. Good luck.

Any specified guide on how to do it?
I'll definitely use it and do everything alone
 
I could build one of those for you, no problems. Take about 2 weeks. I would charge between 500 - 1000 euros depending on the size and what kind of layout you are looking for. I would also maintain the site for 25 euros per month or show you how to do so for FREE.

If your interested send over a PM, I could show you past sites Ive worked on too.

All these templates are based on design frameworks. Normally Bootstrap, if not bootstrap then some popular design "scaffold".

So I recommend you download one of these into a local directory, open it locally into your browser. Open a Bootstrap reference site, and go experimenting with the Bootstrap classes and objects.

Honestly i have very little knowledge when it comes to designing a website with css/bootstrap/whatever.

Previously i have used shopify but now i want to have all the control,There are any guides around here that can teach me how to do it ?
 
You can get some theme from themeforest and do it yourself or hire some developer.
Pm and we will see what can be done.

I am actually going for the theme option,I just need to find one that i'm happy with

Oh yeah tons of 'em. Once you master Bootstrap you basically build a full site within minutes. Also you start customizing your own very quickly. Definitely recommended.

As for which tutorials: just search google and you'll find tons and tons of 'em.
 
You can go for a premium theme, they are all responsive with clean design!

How much time it will take me to master bootstrap?I'm quite a fast learner .
Can't i use woocommerce with a wordpress theme for that instead and get a PSD design or something?
