iPage is borderline garbage and part of the EIG group.

OP, don't use them please.

Use someone like Powerup if you are looking for quality.

DigitalOcean can be a good choice. We use it for our startup and switched from RackSpace. But you need to decide for what website you will need hosting.

If you are starting a business and not a churn and burn kind of website it would help looking into Azure BizSpark program. That will get you free hosting for 3 years. Also, Amazon offers a free tier for 1 year that will be good to get started.

i have 5 instances (vps) there and they are a pleasure to work with. Soo easy and cheap compared to amazon

My absolute favorite for dedicated servers is Gigenet.com! Best support I have ever met But their servers start at 150+/month

possibly try the search engine for coupons, sometimes you can get cheaper hosting through one place and then the website another, it's just a mess around trying to combine the 2 together sometimes.

I prefer BIG companies, because they have so much customers, they have to take security seriously.
If you go to a smaller company, they might get hacked more easily, and your page will be down/compromized too.

You can get good hosting services by using good and experienced web host.There are many experienced and good web hosts are available. I'd like to suggest you iPage as a webhost. It is the best web host.
