How can I get #1 Rank in Google Places?? Help!!

How do you rank well in Google Places? Share your knowledge here.

this is a great question, there is at least 4 to 5 manuals on how to do this here in this forum and some training videos with step by step instructions just hit the search button and read a little and you should be able to rank in the first couple of pages for Gmaps as long as you do not have to many competitors.

They submit your business to local directories like yellowpages and google maps. The more citations you have, the better. I'm using them for the next project I have. A friend who does use them says they're great. Citations are the link juice to Google Places.

That's just one thing you can do that will make a big difference, but it will work best if your site is optimized as a Places page. Lot a material out there. David Sprague has some excellent stuff. Good luck.
