For me. I'm not ask review. I just exclude in the ad group, so the ad doesnt show in the excluded article.. Or just delete the article.

Do you see the "issue location" column? Just go there and remove the Copyrighted content you have there and then press Fix.

I have removed the copyrighted content already, the option to select the site is greyed out, and the fix button only redirects me to a general solutions page of google.
