Hello, i am running google ads, i do not know how i can bid the right cpc bid and not losing money on clics, for example when i bid 0.33$ it does not show a lot of impression so i do not know how much i can add. btw i am new on this.

If at this rate there are shows but no clicks - it means that advertising is shown, but on low positions. People don't see it and don't click. Raise the bid to at least $1 I think, depending of course what your niche is and what your product is.
If you have a good site and quality ads - you will not lose money, but invest it.
