How can I find someone's phone number?

There's a competitor who's always clicking on my ads and sending me emails from his personal account asking me for a quote.

I know his personal email address and his Twitter profile. But in his website (which is no longer working) there's no info about his phone number.

Can anyone help me get his phone number? I've tried googling his email and name without success. Thanks
