how can i earn money by making apps site ?

i meant all apps...since i bought domain name..is "apps"
it was buisness related hence added in buisness section ...is it wrong place ?

You can join Apple affiliate program, just search Google "app affiliate program" the very first result should be from Apple.
Apple will review your application so I would suggest to build the website with some content beforehand so you get more chances to be approved.
After joining you will get all the links and codes and you going to be able to link to tens of thousands applications, just make a good looking website with pictures of applications, then link them to official Apple store, after sale you will get commission.

They do app reviews, tops ect, the site got around 150.000 daily page views, so I'm guessing they are making good money.
And they are Apple affiliates as well.
Also, you could just do a google search and look for similar sites. If you don't have extensive htm, php knowledge you can start building your site on Wordpress base, get good looking theme, integrate free or paid shopping cart, it would be much easier than build from scratch.
