How can i do this content locker?

Hi guys,
Im a newbie on the CPA marketing and now i would like to start with game hack niche. Im registered on CPAgrip and CPAbuild, and i want to create a content locker like this:


I want to select the offers and use only app installs. I want that in the content locker you can see the app icon... I dont know how to do this, on CPAgrip i know that i can select the offers that i want but that web only has 3 CPI offers to spain.
So, ¿where can i create a content locker like this? ¿the best website?
If anyone has found a video of how to do this would be great.

Once you place the code from your network you can control the offers from their panel.

That's OGAds content locker, so you won't get it to look exactly like that.
