How can i do this content locker?

Hi guys,
Im a newbie on the CPA marketing and now i would like to start with game hack niche. Im registered on CPAgrip and CPAbuild, and i want to create a content locker like this:


I want to select the offers and use only app installs. I want that in the content locker you can see the app icon... I dont know how to do this, on CPAgrip i know that i can select the offers that i want but that web only has 3 CPI offers to spain.
So, ¿where can i create a content locker like this? ¿the best website?
If anyone has found a video of how to do this would be great.
