Your request is keep evolving and demanding. People already gave you solutions how to do it, but you keep saying "nah it is an outdated apps, nah it is watermarked, etc etc etc". If you want a quality thing and want it for free, maybe you can create the app by yourself. Two months++ of your time waiting to get an answer here, or two months++ learn how to create an app that suited your needs. 
It may not be important in your life if the answers given do not satisfy people. I don't care if you are someone who immediately accepts every answer. Many of the examples given as demos seem to do what I want. However, in order to try this, money is required even for the demo version. So, I guess what can be done, I become a member, but I cannot create content. Because it doesn't allow me to make my own character for free, or choose the language I want, or have other restrictions. If there is something you like, you can choose it and walk away from here. Or if you say you are doing it, I will accept that if you produce a sample content and indicate which paid tool you are using, then you will have made a truly constructive sentence.Your request is keep evolving and demanding.
