How can i copy someone's content locker and use it ?

As the Title says, I want to copy someone's content locker landing page and run my content locker link in it, I also want to change some text and images in that content locker

Do you think this is possible? If so can someone give me the steps to do it

Yep you can. You just manually need to edit the referral URI to yours.

Do some networking analysis of the domain. copy the website with httrack or manually remake the website in one night, optionally hire someone to do it for you and then start flooding your own setup with traffic
 
Don't forget to check the javascript too, people add traffic siphoning scripts to these.
