How can i collect people's emails? Is there any software to extract emails?

depends on what you need. You can extract emails using link assistant
 
I suggest scrapebox, it's the most useful software I ever bought. I still use with various task, plus you can have software that will scrape emails, backlinks and even post comments for ya. :)
 
Will those emails actually convert, or will they end up hating you and what you are trying to sell? :D

Wouldn't it be better to create an opt-in list to try and sell users on the idea of your product, then eventually selling them to product?

NO, that sounds like too much work :P.

What I recommend is scraping off a list of emails off relevant websites and selling them relevant emails. Make sure to use a bucket of domains as you will get banned fast & often.
 
i suggest a scrapebox.
i am always grab emails by it.

just make a list of blogs by some footprints like'powered by v-bulletin'

and grab emails from them.

I have tried many in Scrapebox and Link Assistant softwares. Suppose you need to check single site try to godaddy or whois. It is better way to collecting web owners email address.
