Will those emails actually convert, or will they end up hating you and what you are trying to sell? 
Wouldn't it be better to create an opt-in list to try and sell users on the idea of your product, then eventually selling them to product?
NO, that sounds like too much work.
What I recommend is scraping off a list of emails off relevant websites and selling them relevant emails. Make sure to use a bucket of domains as you will get banned fast & often.
