How can I clone a complete website? (Not for profit)

Hello guys, I was looking to clone a website and use it for personal use. The thing I don't like about this site is that it uses Google Analytics, which does not fit my purpose of stealth (Google knowing that I visited that website).

So the question is, how can I clone a website with all the actions and JavaScript inside? I'm a noob at this and I would really appreciate the help ;)

The easiest way is to gain access to the server, download a backup of the entire thing, database and all, then restore that backup on another server. Depending on the setup this is either really easy, or colossally difficult.

No, it's not about that haha. Is a service that tells you if you have IP leaks, open ports and things like that. But they use a Google Analytics, so that is detrimental to the whole point of a stealth operation.

What I want to do, is copy that entire website with the working functions, get rid of the G Analytics and use it in a cheap host only for me.
 
I see, HTTrack also copies frontend scripts so you will get most of the functionality, unless the website relies on backend services in which case you can only clone it by getting access to the server and DB. If it's in the cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.) that will be way more difficult, would be easier to hack it and remove analytics.
 
You cant copy a website just like that. You can copy the design but not the functions. You need to hire a developer
 
You cannot duplicate copyrighted elements such as images, text, or source code. It is illegal to use someone's logo or trademarked material

I found a website called dollysites that supposedly clones them, but it costs $60, so I don't think is cloud based
 
Very easy solution , from your adblocker or antivirus avast plugin just add the google analytic javascript to blocked scripts and it will not load to show you on thier analytics , then you dont have to copy the website
 
I was looking for the same method of cloning websites but still didn't find a method following to know if anyone else does offer a solution

Are you serious? The simplest thing is to get access to someone else’s server and just download all the files of someone else’s site.

It’s easy to copy any site using wget - Google will help you find out the details in two minutes, there is nothing complicated.
