I heard that I have to buy a mobile router? and get another sim card? is this true?

Try turning airplane mode on and then off again. That should work but only if you are using a cell network, it wont work on wifi. You can check by typing "what is my ip?" In google
 
You can use free VPN apps like Hotspot shield, Opera VPN, Hola free VPN. etc
 
Use a vpn app, if your using android there are tons of apps available. Or just connect to a wifi.
 
Depending on what you need, you can use close by wifis :) Every wifi will have its own IP :)
 
Use VPN, You will get lots of Free VPN Apps. But paid is best.

You can also get Share or Dedicated Proxy for $1-$3 per month.
 
It depends on your provider. Some change via airplane mode trick, others don't. With others you have to change area, and redo airplane mode or turn off phone.
 
Disable your wifi, turn on airplane mode for at least 30 seconds. Done! It works like a charm! :)
