Try turning airplane mode on and then off again. That should work but only if you are using a cell network, it wont work on wifi. You can check by typing "what is my ip?" In google

It depends on your provider. Some change via airplane mode trick, others don't. With others you have to change area, and redo airplane mode or turn off phone.
