what actually do you need? You can just go to wikipedia, create an account and create a page. The site will have to be informative and "needed", simple promotion for you brand will be denied mostly

All Wikipedia pages are created by Accessing a page title that does not yet exist,usually by clicking on a red colored link.creation is simple upon clicking a red link you will be transported to a blank page.once there enter any text and than click the save page button
