I wouldn't say you can avoid them but there is something you can try. Get CCCleaner. Watch it from one IP, then use CC Cleaner on the browser, and then switch your IP and do it again. Then repeat. Doubt this will work, it's just the first thing that came to mind.
Dont use Google Chrome for this or any Google related plugins on whatever browser you do use.
Also, constantly visiting your youtube video from a clean browser without a Google cooki3 somewhere is bound to raise a flag eventually, depending what your actual goals are.
