you can use Python to do so. As some one said above, utilize chat gpt to know more.

Eventually the videos doomed, so in respect to my previous comment the stems are more important:
You can use a splice tool like spleeter software to cut the portion of the music, you can either add that to the video editor and render out the mp3 or wav, wav is preferred as more information is not lost, but in this regard less information is better mp3, quality may very.
Spleeter will separate them as stems, base, voice, ect, you then can isolate the issue avoiding id claim.
But like I said before in my previous message of the risks.
I'm not here to do your homework, but I do know people here can be vulnerable or desperate, remember learning is the fundamental rule to anything (yes I know you don't wish to listen)but even I have to find ways every day learning new things and that opens up other ideas.

The issue for me is not spleeter i do it already so to get better result and improve my work i need to learn vidéo to PNG.. Right now i change speed of vidéo and crop zoom and so on.. But i never know about this méthod and I want to know more like how Just converting mp4 to PNG allow us to dump algorithms ? without changing speed or filtrer or color or crop or zoom... I'm just curious
And if i need to learn about rhis so i need ressource speak about this, do you have waalaxy have vidéo peak ajout this ?
I use capcut btw so I'll import PNG file on capcut

You understand the basics and you will be fine as long as you put up your own videos together and edit it in a way that makes it 100% unique to other videos.

If you want my true honest opinion abandon this path and buy a YouTube channel in your niche and start from there creating content.
I see idiots all the time on on YouTube (no offense) abusing great opportunities for what, far out if the ladders high pay $30 or so for a lift don't rely on a crutch.
Like I stated before collective Commons is free for everyone you can upload content of anything provided it's got you in it, or a avatar then it's new content.

HoW about translate video in other language 10 20 min video to make it accessible to People... Politics videos or United nation video

Is there any software to easily do this mp4 manipulation in PNG?
The easiest is ffmpeg, but anything ai related or video related, music related is going to require ffmpeg there's no around it unless you use a cloud service but that would be messy.
Even loading 100.000 images into premiere pro would crash it 80percent of the time, there's a reason ffmpeg exists and what every software uses it.
It's free, do realize google can now detect celebrities in movies now, and voice, including everything else.
Why do you think they added a feature in the information box on uploaded videos to YouTube Is this a deep fake, because they cannot flag it unless it's political.
What I said a few days ago will be outdated by next month.
You'll need to deepfake the video and change their voice, welcome to whack amole.
But if you truly want mp4 to png, then determine your PC, then download ffmpeg add it to your c drive, install winrar to unpackage ffmpeg that's compressed , copy the folder to c DRIVE THATS C drive, copy the folder there,
Then go into the folder select bin,
Select control+x on the file then right click on the mouse and search for copy to path.
Hit the windows key then select env
Go into env and select settings then go into the window box and select path above,
Select edit then paste in your ffmpeg bin, now hit the arrow button to push it up so the system acknowledges its priority.
(Do not continue until you have solved the ffmpeg part above)
Congratulations you have installed ffmpeg.
Now go to a empty folder and create a txt file, call it mrsmily.bat, create two more files.
Including where the ffmpeg bin is, inside the bin select ffmpeg.exe then as before copy it with control+x then right click on mouse and paste it inside the bat file:
You should have these folders created and linked inside the bat: example c:/mrsmiley/in(or what ever you call it on your PC.

Now link them into the bat file, by copying them
Congratulations you have now have ffmpeg linked inside the bat folder to process mp4 files [in] [to] output them.
Once you complete this part come back for the remainder.

Basically the "find people bypassing copyright and study it to reverse engineer their process" is the most useful part. All the other parts may or may not work at all.
