The only other way I can see is to contact with the owner of the Video and take permission from him.

Luxemburg is offshore area for such things, there is no laws supporting DMCA rights and etc

I've always wondered about this, but can't someone DMCA your actual domain if it's registered with your real information? I know some sites have DMCA disclaimers but don't you need to setup an official DMCA agent for that? Sorry I'm new at this, just trying to learn more.

Upload 1 first and monitor it for some time. If you get no notice, then you are safe.

Just remember offshore hosting business's that ignore DMCA's will only extend the offer so far, once they receive official court action threats your website will go bye bye!

I think upload to pronhub or openload first, it no problem, upload rest to own site, US hosting are much faster than EU, and cheaper.
BTW, Pron is 100% legal at USA except CP. right ? any need to take care, such SM, Gay........ ?

I think besides using the offshore hosting services, do a total website backup in advance to be safe.
I used American hosting before, but now shifted to Asian servers. For those heavy users of movies and games, perhaps European and Eastern Europe servers/hostings are better ? Have not used any of them before.
