How 'BlackHat' is this Site?

I've been around here before for some interesting reads but have not seen too many posts about actual 'BlackHat' material. Checking out the eBay forums because I am interested in starting a scam but most everything I see is about Drop Shipping. I was expecting to see post about running scams, ways to keep your account up longer before getting banned, best way to quickly move your money ect.

I've read the rules and have seen nothing saying NOT to post such information but I've come here to hopefully learn, ask a few questions and contribute with some of my experiences.

Is this the place that I'm looking for? It's hard to look up this kind of information without knowing where to start searching....

Black hat means tricking the search engines with tools tricks and automation, not scamming people or companies directly.
 
You won't last long on here if scamming, stealing or fraud is what you are looking for

This forum is about selling black hats. We are fans of all sorts of hats, as long as they are black. If I were to buy a hat off ebay and it didn't arrive... I would be steaming mad.

I'd be surprised if there's any forum that matches your criteria since people who run scams and that kind of things are smart enough to avoid sharing any information about it, this is even not because of law but more about getting more competitors.
Believe me, tricking people for their hard earned money requires some brain and this is not about following a method posted by some one else, especially nowadays when most common scams are exposed and known to everyone.
And I guess people spend their time/money to find out about things you're looking for, so they won't just share their work with you and hence probably with Paypal/ebay which will ruin their methods in no time. Working with Paypal/ebay is a big pain in the ass btw, even if you do whitehat things.

You should look into some social engineering forums. Scams are not tolerated here.
 
Dude the title can seem tricky , but here the topics are about black hat marketing, if you look for carding or such this is definitely the wrong place to look, but i have to admit that reporting the thread looks a bit stupid too me since you seem have done an honest mistake and asking stuff should not be punished since at my eyes you did not break any forum rule that way...
 
How is the title tricky? It says Black Hat SEO forum.
