They look more like AI videos, it's possible to covert images to video.

but the thing is those ai that you have mentioned are really copyright specific - how would one get over this? Also should i go image -> video ; or text - video? Thank you for your response.
Also they have a local rappers voice and it speaks in the target country's language - how would I achieve that?

What about this is copyright? The video is fully AI generated and the song sounds like some 2020 AI song generator. Just use Sora or any other video maker and add a track from Suno or any other AI music maker. Profit?
