How are they monetizing copyrighted material? (anime clips)

2 different channels, both monetizing copyrighted anime footage. Youtube should have caught on by now right? Interest thing i noticed in the first channel I posted is that his oldest video was uploaded February 18th but on youtube it says that it was published a week ago so is there some kind of unlisting method that bypasses YouTube's detection? Or is there a system in place that just autoreviews channels every so often so eventually these channels will be demonitized?
