Let me preface this that I am aware of the publicly available Tiktok EU creative library, but that one is barely usable and very incomplete and not a main source for any of these tools.
The problem with Tiktok is that it is mobile-first platform. If you make a desktop account, you don’t see any ads. If you make an account on mobile browser, you can’t even use the app because it forces you to install app if you want to see anything more than 1 or 2 posts.
