I have a client who is burning €500 per month for Adwords but semrush is not showing a single click from "paid clicks" only organic clicks
But he is saying adwords is charging the 500€ and he gets clicks. Does semrush show adwords clicks or only other sources for paid clicks?

We have daily 1.5k visitor from ads but semrsuh just show monthly 300 etc..

The thing here is that if the Semrush spider spots your ads on time while there are crawling certain keyword, they will do the calculations using their data on clicks for a certain keyword and considering that the possibilities of someone clicking in your ads are something % (for example 34%) and sum it up to your domain traffic. If that stupid spider never spots your ad by chance, then your total will be 0. So why are you relying on that stupid spider instead of the data that throws the Google Ads panel?

I can check this on Aherfs for you, but both of them do a pretty horrible job at estimating the ad spend, especially at such low budgets.

I don’t have access to his panel but I’ll ask him next time if I can have a look

I use semrush for a long time. And my personal opinion is semrush provide exact result.

I have used Semrush for long time period and it provides accurate traffic analysis .

I have used both Semrush and Ahrefs but Ahrefs provide more accurate result.

SEMrush typically tracks and reports on organic clicks rather than paid clicks from AdWords, so it's possible that your client's AdWords campaign is indeed generating clicks even if SEMrush is not showing them. It's essential to verify the campaign's performance directly in the Google Ads platform or use other analytics tools to get a comprehensive view of AdWords clicks and spending.

When identifying backlinks and estimating organic traffic for a website, SEMrush is generally considered to be a reliable and accurate tool. Backlink data and traffic estimates are inherently difficult to measure precisely, so no tool can guarantee 100% accuracy.
